Running a Marathon for the First time? How did I ran my First Full Marathon I am an amateur aged 43 year and I am writing this based on my experience after running my first full marathon in Chennai Wipro marathon 2015 held on Jan. 2016.     Half Marathon: Running a marathon seemed to be a dream unless I started practising. My practise for the first half marathon started 6 months before the race ie. June. My initial calculations are that I must practice to walk for 21 Km so that I can complete the half marathon either by walking or by running. So, I started to walk for 1hour daily in the evening for 1 month. I walked in the regular roads. I usually walk in any direction for 30 minutes and then return in the same way. Finding a right car in india.

When i went to buy a car i came across various instances about what to buy and why to buy came to my mind, so i write this in taking a decision which will be helpful for others 1. Driving necessity: Note down the reason of using your car whether it is for city drive or for highway driving. If you are going to use the car for city drive never think of going for an big car. Hatch back cars like Santro, Swift is better than Esteem, Ikon etc., 2. How long you drive : If you drive in the city for more than 40 km you can opt for diesel cars. It is more fuel efficient than petrol cars. Eventhough many say that it is expensive to maintain a diesel car actually it is not so. Some diesel cars may be noisy but that dosent matters if you consider the cost you gain by it. Moreover sedan diesel cars like fiesta, lancer, toyota does not make a loud noise and it is almost like an petrol car. 3.
